Established Solopreneurs Need Support Too.
For introverts and sensitive souls in business:
You’re not a newbie to business… but maybe it’s time to look at things anew, so that your work and life can be more aligned with your energy, meaning, and money.
It can be scary to rock the boat when some parts are going OK. At the same time, you might be:
- Feeling off track and not sure what to change.
- Considering if you could niche down to the best parts without messing up your business.
- Wondering if you could cut back your hours.
- Fretting about hiring decisions and worries.
- Wondering if you are making a real difference.
Or maybe things were fine, but you’ve lost some mojo or energy for your work.
You’d like some support, but it’s hard to find who gets you and your business. You also might like the sound of connecting with other established business owners and a seasoned business coach too.
By the way, I mostly use the term “SOULpreneurs” for those with a heart-centered business, doing work with a sense of purpose and balance. It also de-emphasizes the “solo” in solopreneur because that’s just too lonely, ya know?
It brings me joy to hold the lantern for you when you’re stuck in the fog. I bring my years of business coaching experience and my experience of having my own sustainable and meaningful business as an introvert and HSP.
Let's find a way for you to have work that satisfies your heart, your energy, and your wallet.
Check out these doorways below and trust that you will know which one(s) to explore.
We’ll work one-to-one so you can work through individualized concerns. We can rethink the direction at this stage and find ways to optimize for your energy, happiness, and sustainability.
Find clarity and connection in a small group community. You’ll feel understood, supported, and calmer with each meeting. Includes 1:1 too.
When I sought out coaching, it was because I was trying to find my way back to myself and my true passion; I had no idea how quickly it would put me on the right track. I feel as though I was divinely led here!
I had been in business for 5 years and was feeling really stuck, burned out, and very alone in my work. I knew I needed to make a change, but I didn’t know how to do it, partly because the voice of my inner critic was strong and kept winning out.
Finding Val’s coaching and then the SOULpreneurs group was like finding something I didn’t even know I needed. With the group, my inner critic voice is kept at bay. The support and motivation I get from the group inspire and drive me to be true to myself—in the most heartening way possible.
With Val’s encouragement, I’ve finally begun launching workshops, something I’d been wanting to do for years, and I’ve become more comfortable with being more visible online. I also now have a more focused direction on how to update my website—how to more clearly state what I do. All of these have led to greater joy and contentment in my day-to-day life and a more positive work-life balance.“
