Is your work too draining?
It doesn’t have to be so hard.
Something’s off. You might not even know what, but you know you want something different.
It might not feel like it right now, but work can be energizing and fulfilling. There is a way.
I’ve worked with so many people, many of them introverted or highly sensitive people (HSP) like myself, to make work easier and more meaningful.
There are two main problems I see. I wonder if one or both resonate with you:
- You have a big heart and want to make an impact. If your work doesn’t have space for your heart and vision, it can feel soul-sucking.
- When you are forced to work at somebody else’s pace or in an environment that rubs you the wrong way (too loud, too go go go, too demanding, too uncaring), work feels draining.
You can have work that has an impact and that fits who you are.
Even if you feel too old for a career change or think you should know what you are doing by now. Even if you can’t see your way out of the security of where you are (even though it’s making you miserable).
Let's find a way for you to have work that satisfies your heart, your body, and your wallet.
