Job Search Coaching
With Understanding for Introverts, HSPs, and Neurodivergence
Job searching can be draining and disheartening — endless applications into a black hole, rejections, bad fits, the pressure to keep smiling, or worse. It’s easy to start second-guessing your worth or direction.
If you’re ready for this to go much better, you can have an expert in your corner so you can navigate the process with more clarity, ease, and confidence.
When it’s time for the job search nuts and bolts, my job search expert, Marci, can help you refine your job search strategy and maximize your impact.
Marci understands how to align the approach with your introversion, high sensitivity, or neurodivergence (specifically autism and/or ADHD).
Marci helped me take what felt like a disjointed career story and shape it into a clear, compelling narrative—both on my resume and in interviews. She validated my strengths in a way that felt both genuine and uplifting, and she guided me in bringing them to the forefront. I now answer interview questions with ease.
Her deep knowledge of the current HR landscape, paired with a warm, enthusiastic energy were both motivating and empowering. She was able to spot where I was feeling stuck or uncertain, and offered insightful tools to help me move through those blocks with confidence. I can’t recommend Marci highly enough.

Marci was amazing! She was able to holistically organize my search results and tackle the topics I wanted to discuss. She was an amazing resource, especially because I’m neurodivergent, and she was able to help me stay on track.”

You can start or send questions by completing this no-obligation form and we will be in touch as soon as possible. (Some frequent questions are answered below the form.)
Your information will be treated with respect and confidentiality. Thank you for sharing what you can so we can understand where you’re at now.
This job service is not a placement agency where someone does some of the search for you, but Marci can discuss whether and how to use those kinds of services.
Our services are about guiding you along the way so you can get things done with more ease and confidence. No more navigating alone in a dark tunnel.
I’m sorry if that’s happening, and sadly it can so easily happen when considering job search, whether you’re searching by choice or not.
Marci and I both know how to be with the feelings, and our work tends to naturally help you find more confidence and hope even in such uncertain times. It also helps you discover new avenues that you hadn’t seen before.
If you’re not sure about your situation, feel free to pop us a note below with questions and one of us will reply with our honest thoughts.
That’s a valid question. We have helped people find their way during down economic times when it seemed like layoffs were everywhere. We continue to see this now.
We have discovered:
- Even while some places are laying off, some other places are growing, and Marci can help you navigate to find those gems.
- When you gain the clarity and confidence that comes out of this kind of support, you’re more able to shine as a good candidate.
- It might take longer in a down economy but it’s not a hopeless case.
- Even if you need some kind of “bridge work” for now, that could be built into a long-term strategy for getting you closer to your more preferred work.
- Sometimes contract work or other types of self-employment thrive more in down economies. (You can explore the self-employment option here.)
