Job Search Coaching
With Understanding for Introverts, HSPs, and Neurodivergence
Job searching can be draining and disheartening — endless applications into a black hole, rejections, bad fits, the pressure to keep smiling, or worse. It’s easy to start second-guessing your worth or direction.
If you’re ready for this to go much better, you can have an expert in your corner so you can navigate the process with more clarity, ease, and confidence.
When it’s time for the job search nuts and bolts, my job search expert, Marci, can help you refine your job search strategy and maximize your impact.
Marci understands how to align the approach with your introversion, high sensitivity, or neurodivergence (specifically autism and/or ADHD).

Marci was amazing! She was able to holistically organize my search results and tackle the topics I wanted to discuss. She was an amazing resource, especially because I’m neurodivergent, and she was able to help me stay on track.”

Frequently Asked Questions
This job service is not a placement agency where someone does some of the search for you, but Marci can discuss whether and how to use those kinds of services.
Our services are about guiding you along the way so you can get things done with more ease and confidence. No more navigating alone in a dark tunnel.
If you have a sense of the field(s) of interest and a general idea of positions you might be interested in applying for, you’re ready for this. For instance, you already know you want to do something like project management in fields such as sustainability. It’s OK if you don’t know exact job titles or other related fields.
It’s OK if some parts are foggy. Marci can help you get more specific and open up additional possibilities that could also fit for you.

I’m sorry if that’s happening, and sadly it can so easily happen when considering job search, whether you’re searching by choice or not.
Marci and I both know how to be with the feelings, and our work tends to naturally help you find more confidence and hope even in such uncertain times. It also helps you discover new avenues that you hadn’t seen before.

That’s a valid question. Both Marci and I have helped people find their way during down economic times when it seemed like layoffs were everywhere. We continue to see this now.
We have discovered:
- Even while some places are laying off, some other places are growing, and we can help you navigate to find those gems.
- When you gain the clarity and confidence that comes out of this kind of support, you’re more able to shine as a good candidate.
- It might take longer in a down economy but it’s not a hopeless case.
- Even if you need some kind of “bridge work” for now, when you work on that goal in a strategic way, it can be just the thing for getting you closer to your dream work.
Yes, the job search package sessions are with Marci.
If something arises that Marci thinks might be best addressed by Val, we could discuss options such as swapping out one of the sessions so you could meet with Val.
Nearly 98% of employers use an automated tracking system (ATS) for applicants. This means your resume needs to be written and formatted in such a way that machines can understand it easily and know whether there’s a fit or not.
Marci guides you in creating a high impact resume that works with these systems.
