Want to join me for a calming, small group gathering for introverts and sensitive souls navigating career change?
We’ll come together so you can step back and look at the bigger picture of your career transition concerns, clarify where it’s working and what’s draining, and identify where it makes the most sense to focus your energy next.

Together in Transition: Find Your Career Bearings
Monday, October 26, 2026
12:00–1:00 pm, Eastern Daylight Time / 9–10 am Pacific / 4–5 pm GMT
$37 USD.
We’ll meet over Zoom. (No replay. This is for live supportive connection.)
2 spots left.
What it will be like:
The size, format, and pacing are all designed with introverts and sensitive souls in mind, as with all my group offerings. Participants are often surprised by how comfortable and nourishing it feels to be there.
Our time will unfold like this:
- Calming opening and introductions.
- Self-reflection exercise to explore where you are now and how to bring more downstream ease in moving toward goals. (We’ll soothe some worries too.)
- I’ll offer some guideposts for finding your way.
- Supportive circle opportunity. (Sharing is not required.)
- Closing: capturing new insights and intentions.
- Optional after-time for more conversation or questions.
You’ll come away with:
- An individualized next step for moving forward on your hopes and goals.
- Relaxed shoulders.
- Knowing you’re not alone with your concerns, which makes a surprising difference.
- A sense of inspiration and energy to support your momentum.
I’ll also share a little about other small group support available in the new year, but this is not a sales event.
Your Host: Val Nelson
My specialty is helping introverts and HSPs to find clarity, confidence, and momentum toward a more aligned livelihood.
For many years, I’ve helped clients find their sweet spot in work that fits their heart, energy, and wallet, even in a down economy and rapidly changing work environment.
I believe people with big hearts are needed and our sensitive nature is a gift, not a flaw. I believe work should feel joyful—and it is possible.
Here’s what I see regularly: When you let in support to make this easier, magic happens.
Moving toward what’s more true for you usually comes with some fears, and we deal with the fear too.
I feel better about myself and my future than I have in a long time. Val has a wonderfully calming manner that makes you feel better about life the second you hear her voice.”

Is this gathering for me?
It’s likely a fit if you relate to these:
- You are thinking about or in the midst of career change or transition (which might include considering self-employment).
- You relate to being an introvert, highly sensitive person (HSP), or simply someone with a big heart.
- You want work to be meaningful or have a sense of purpose.
- You want work with less stress that still earns a living.
- You might feel a heaviness when you think about actually making a change and all that’s involved.
- You can get things done for it when you know what to do.
- You get that change takes time.
- You listen to others and empathize easily.
- You embrace diversity and inclusion of all kinds and are committed to treating each other with respect and humility when you don’t understand someone else’s views or lived experience.
