Introverts and highly sensitive people (HSPs) have our own way of seeing the world, and we need our kind of inspiration and guidance. I’m collected some good TED talks here that support our needs.

Today’s post is especially about challenges when new to self-employment, along with a video case study. You’re definitely not alone with these worries. And there are answers. Introverts and HSPs CAN be good at business and marketing.

If you are a highly sensitive person (HSP) and an extrovert, a lot of general career guidance doesn’t quite fit. You might feel pulled (or pushed toward) more extrovert-oriented career roles, but the sensitive soul part of you needs more calming and spaciousness. It can feel confusing until you learn a few simple things and where to look for bringing it all together.

I got caught in an over-doing phase and not enough calming downtime balance to that. Autumn, as daylight shortens, is a good time for me to think about the yin-yang balance in my life. I have to pay attention here, especially as a highly sensitive person with old workaholic programming.
So I’ve been consciously recalibrating and I’ll let you in on how it’s going.
