Some people worry about being limited by personality “labels” like introverted or highly sensitive. I hate being put in a box, so I get it. Let’s all say no to being put in a box.

I am so much more than any of those things.

To me, these traits are not a box and should not be seen or interpreted like that. That’s a misuse.

You are still unique and deserve to be treated with respect, as you are, no matter any trait.

Learning about your “type” is still valuable…

Learning about these temperament or personality types, or what could be better described as natural tendencies or leanings, can be something *liberating*.

It can be the same as learning you’re left-handed when you’ve been trying to be right-handed. 👋

Such a relief. Like coming home, and finding where you fit. 😅
